Level 1:
Furniture, Art & Accessories Only
We handle the heavy lifting of selecting furniture, art and accessories primarily from our existing inventory at our 10,000 square foot warehouse and carefully place in property. Kitchen and bath essentials handled by you.
Level 2:
Full-Service Property Set-Up
Our team thoughtfully selects furniture, art and accessories specific to your ideal guest experience. This includes dozens of kitchen and bath practicals and curtain installation.
Level 3:
Highest End, and Most Custom Full-Service Set-Up
Ideal for clients seeking to offer the most luxurious guest experience at the highest daily rate. All new items curated to create a luxury experience complete with high end coffee system, Roku TVs, plush bedding and stocked concessions.
Typical Kitchen & Bath Essentials included in our Level 2 or Level 3 options.

After settling on the perfect occupancy, our team will build the design plans, coordinate ideal furnishings through our wholesale vendors, and merchandise the property to maximize use of space with your guests’ best experience top of mind.
